Important Information About the Balloon Flight cancellation:
Please note before making your reservation:
Occasionally, due to weather conditions or safety concerns, the hot air balloon flight may be canceled. This is considered a force majeure situation, and therefore, our company cannot be held responsible for the cancellation. In such cases, refunds vary depending on the timing of the cancellation:
If the balloon flight is canceled before the bus departs from Luxor back to Hurghada on Day 1: You will return to Hurghada the same day with the same bus. You will only be charged for the Luxor day tour + 5 euro return transfer cancellation fees, and we will refund the full cost of the balloon flight and hotel accommodation.
If the balloon flight is canceled after the bus has already departed from Luxor to Hurghada:
You will still spend the night at the hotel in Luxor and return to Hurghada on Day 2 as scheduled. In this case, we will refund only the cost of the balloon flight.
Pickup: Around 03:30/04:30 AM (depending on your hotel location in Hurghada)
Drop-off: Around 16:00 –17:00 (next day)

Bus Delays: If the bus is delayed by more than 10 minutes, please call us immediately.
Documents for Luxor/Cairo Tour: We will obtain all necessary permits from the tourist police for the trip, so when booking, please provide your full name to ensure proper documentation.
Breakfast and Water: Bring your own water and a packed snack (order it at the reception or restaurant one day before the trip).
Small Change: For rest stops’ toilets (While there is a toilet on the bus, it’s better to use it only in emergency cases).
Optional Visits: Any additional sites, such as tombs, islands, Nile rides, or souvenirs not included in the program, can be arranged with the guide (extra charges apply).
